Unlike other reds, Pinot Noir grapes prefer the cool northern Coastal California over the warm southern region. Fussy grape, unfussy wine. The Pinot Noir has a light ruby red color with an aroma of strawberry, roses and vanilla with notes of cherry and raspberry.
